GEM Advisers facilitates mentorship within the Dallas/Ft. Worth community. GEM currently focuses on High School students being mentored by college-aged mentors and over time will expand to cover a spectrum of people from middle school up to experienced professionals. GEM seeks to create a sustainable cycle of strong Muslims that can become future mentors.
We host various events and have created a buddy system that encourages the youth to make connections and rely on others so they can give back in the future and lead the next generation. These events and mentors push students to be the best Muslims they can be and create their unique paths.
